Fit girls look good naked

Had a great workout yesterday and the day before.
My knees have decided that it's time to say fuck you and stop working again, so I'll stay away from the treadmill for a couple of days... It makes me a tad bit sad, was starting to like running again. Oh well.

Put in an effort to destroy my legs on Monday, and my entire upper body yesterday. Think it worked, everything hurts today!

;)

Just to make one thing clear - I'm not working out to loose weight, I'm building the body that I want.
And this brings me over to this: you've got to work for it! And I'm no expert, I probably don't do half the things I should to get there, but I'm trying.

If you want to loose weight there's a simple recipe: go to the gym, eat healthy and less, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep. And don't give me some bs about having big bones. That's complete bs, and is no excuse.
If you want to build and get everything tight; do all of the above, but lift heavy, eat more (and healthy) and give your body time to rest.

And I'd like to recomend a really great app. It's called myfitnesspal, and you just put everything you've eaten through the day in there and it calculates how many callories you've had (and how many you need). And it takes your workouts into the calculation, so you'll get the right amount based on how much you've burned. It's not all about loosing weight, you can choose between gaining, staying the same or loosing.
A bit of a warning - be carefull, it's so easy to become obsessed with it. Counting every single callorie is not something I'd normally recomend, but I think it's really interesting to see how much I actually need during a day, and how hard it is to not go over/under that number.

Ha! Fact.

So this became a long rant. I'll be heading for a long walk outside later today, need a change from the gym. But first, let me take another #selfie!
